Warmup: 10 Minutes of your favorite dynamic mobility for squat prep.

banded squat stretches
external shoulder rotation stretches
PVC overhead squats

Strength: Box Squat (20 Min)
1 Rep Max- only worked up to 600 (the rack was looking sketchy

Conditioning: Squat Medley 20 minutes to finish all reps (based on 700 current max)
10 Reps at 30% -205
10 Reps at 40% -275
10 Reps at 50% -350
10 Reps at 60% -425
Max Reps at 60% -425x20 (bar was sliding down my back from 14 on, finally fell off as i finished 20, prolly had another 7 or so in me)
