Leg Curls * many warm up sets * 4 work sets with one being a strip set
Yoke Bar Squats * This was done using chains and bands. We started with a strong band and worked up using sets of 3 or 5 reps to 275. Once we reached this weight 2 chains were added for one more set of 3. The next set was an up-set where we used the same weight with chains and bands and added one chain per after every 3 reps. I made a total of 15 reps finishing with 6 chains per side.
Leg Press super set with Leg Extensions * all work sets * 6 sets 15 for each movements * One plate per side was added per set on the leg press * Leg extension weight stayed the same
