DE Squat Day
I didn't know how today was going to turn out. I really wrenched my back Monday and didn't know if I should take the day off or not but I really hate missing workouts this close to a meet. Here's what I did...
Speed Squats w/cambered squat bar w/purple and green bands
415x2 w/purple and green
555x2 took off green and added big blue
GluteHam Raises 3sets of 12
Cable Pulldowns to the Belly 3sets of 15
Standing Crunches, incline situps, and some alternating curls to finish up. My lower back didn't feel right which made my sets feel a little heavier in the squats. But I'm pleased with the outcome. Next week, 595!
