Week 3 Day 2 - All three

Finally got day 2 in for this week. Just been a hell of week with work, I was in a total of 6 different airplanes this week. When finally home, I was delirious from exhaustion.

Despite that I ate good, real good. LOL

Today called for 85% or so work, all weights felt awesome. These will more than likely be my final warm ups, check it out:
