Week 2 Day 1 - Squats & Bench

Getting damn near the finish line of this training cycle. Purpose for today was to work up to 2nd attempt-ish, check it holmes:

Add 120lbs chain
715 + 120lbs chain x 1 *holy crap that felt like a shit house, got some help from the guys on this, needed it.

I'm not sure what to think of as a viable total to consider or what to expect. I've grown to the conclusion that when wearing gear, any kind, it's damn near impossible to predict how things will go. Since I've started getting help from Landon, I have been able to respond with far more accuracy than before.

We'll see in 11 days in LAS VEGAS!!!!!!!
