Had a good one today....
Standing Crunches 3sets of 20
Speed Squats w/cambered squat bar
added green band
GluteHam Raises 3sets of 12
Alternate Db Curls 70's x 8x3sets
Lat Pulldowns to the Belly 3sets of 12
I can't believe the tension you get when you put the bands around the plates. I think this has really helped my explosiveness out of the whole. My squats actually felt better than last week. Stronger! Next week I'll take it easy and do my speed work with a straight bar and blue band to get me rested up for the dreaded circa max phase. LOL!
