RSC - Day 3 - Deads

I was lucky this week to have been in town. We are working on a project with a local hospital. I had a few folks from the home office come in to help. Since they were from out of town, I told them thursday evening I would take them out to dinner. Sushi was the request. The whole day I kept thinking about working out as well. I ended up have a bottle of Sake and a couple beers. But nothing hit, so I went to the gym anyways. check it out:

warmed up

Conventional deadlifts
bar x 10
72.5kg x 10
122.5kg x 8 reps
162.5kg x 5 reps
192.5kg x 5 reps
182.5kg x 4 sets x 5 reps

Romanian Deadlifts
122.5kg x 2 x 8 reps

after the second set, I felt lazy. Just sluggish. I think the drinking caught up and brought me down, just too low to go on. Said screw it and packed it. Got some work in, but hardly worth feeling good about it.

Make it up saturday...
