fat bar ext worked up to 3x8 325

Db cleans 3x15 30

face pull green band 3x15

push downs green band 3x15

standing crunches 3x15 100

bench feels strong one more week of circa max work then start deloading. you didn't get any stronger three weeks out but you sure can get weaker.
