bent rows 2x10 315 1x15 405

DB shrugs 3x20 110

straight leg sit-ups 3x10 225

ME bench
floor press worked up to 515x1 strong lift but shut it down, elbows a little beat

DB ext 3x10 75 2x10 100

one arm side raise 3x12 45

pull downs 3x12 200

decline sit-ups 3x15

feelling pretty good body weight down a little 322. finally over the sinus cold that i had all last week.
