Treadmill, 20 minutes LISS
Cable pushdowns 20 5x10
Bent over rear lat raises 10 5x10
Preacher curls 20 5x10
Due to my back being screwed up, I can't really push conditioning, hence LISS on the treadmill. So after the treadmill I decided to do a little work to get some blood flowing. Figured I'd hit some small muscles that recover quickly with some light weight and slow tempo. I don't want it to screw up Friday's training. Plus, I have small arms, I wouldn't mind if they were a little bigger.
