Seated pulley crunches 50 5x10
SSB gm's 65 5x10
SSB squats 165 10x10
Calf raises 5x10
90 second rest intervals for squats, 60 seconds for all other work. Back is feeling better. I can say this, bringing my squat back down to infant like numbers, has improved my form greatly.
I picked up a few very good tips during the last elitefts twitter chat. Julia Ladewski was discussing how important spreading the floor with your feet is. I was always a big toe up in the shoe guy. Dave Tate said the first movement on coming up in tne squat is leading with your head and chest. I think I always came up with my hips first. My squat looks and feels infinitely better as a result.
