ME squat/DL 10/10
DE bench 10/12

ME squat
tried on my squat suite and worked up to 925x1 weight was very strong. from here i will start to deload until the meet.

GHR 5x10 inclined 12"

leg raises 3x20

DE bench
last week of circa max 5x3 225 purple & Mmini band

DB ext 5x15 60

rear delt raises 3x20 25

standing crunches 3x20 100

took the rest of the day off. bodies feeling a little beat up
