ME Bench Day

Did some work with the shirt again. I pulled it out of my gym bag and the damn thing had mold on it. LOL! Watch me get some type of skin funk from it. Anyway, here's what I did...

Bench
bar x bazillion x 2sets
135x10
225x3
315x3
315x1
405x1x2sets
put shirt on
545x1 off 3 boards
615x1 off 2 boards
645x1 off 1 board
665x1 off 1 board(easy, stopped there, wanted to leave a little in the tank)

Chest Supported Rows 4sets of 12

Lateral Raises 60's x10 for 3 sets

Cable Rows 3sets of 15

Standing Crunches 3sets of 20
