RSC - Phase 2 day 5

Was feeling good today... Starting this weekend, I'm going to add a cardio and mobility improvement day. I normally do a little of this stuff as it is, on this one particular day I will focus more time and energy on those specific items. Flexibility has a huge impact on squat depth, shoulder health and deadlift set up. The more the better...

Yesterday I got in to squat, check it out:

warmed up
A&C

1a. Squats
5 x 5 @ rpe 9
1b. CHin ups
5 x 8 @ BW

2a. GHR eccentrics
4 sets x 6 sec. eccentrics
2b. Straight bar pulldowns
4 x max reps

3. Shoulder rehab movements
5 x 10 reps
