More pre meet recovery work.

Yesterday I iced and rolled sporadically throughout the day. Meet week I like to focus on all the things I have or have had issues with over the years. I ice daily and multiple times to get ready for the big day

I iced the following current tweaks for 20 minutes each two times each.

Left upper thigh/Hip

Mid Low back

Left mid thigh

I iced the following old tweaks 1 time each for 20 minutes.

Left Knee

Right Knee

Right Shoulder

Left Shoulder

Mid upper back

Yesterday I also did my typical rolling session but spent extra 10-15 rolls on each area. This was about 30 rolls each.

Rumble roller:

Entire back, quads, and glutes

ELITEFTS roller:

Side thighs, quads and hams

Lacrosse ball:

Feet, pecks and delts


Forearms, biceps, and triceps


I then got the theracain out and spent some extra time on my left thigh and my glutes. I found a tough spot on my right glute near my hamstring. After I dug into it my right hip felt like awesome. I’m going to keep hitting that area as it is obviously in need of some love.
