speed squat 5x2 465 blue band last week of stregnth speed

GHR 5x12 inclined 12"

bent rows 2x10 315 1x15 405

DB shrugs 3x20 120

straight leg sit-ups 3x10 135

ME bench 2 board press worked up to 550x1 strong had more but shut it down elbows and biceps a little beat-up

fat bar close grip 3x10 315

one arm side raises 3x12 45

seated face pulls 3x15 150

leg raises 3x20

10/17
ME squat /DL
feeling very run down so i only did some light assistance work

GHR 3x10

side bends 3x10 100

CS rows 3x10 2plates & 25

standing crunches

10/19
DE bench
speed bench 9x3 3x3 225, 3x3 255, 3x3 275

5board press worked up to 500x8

lat pull downs 3x15 150

DB clean & press 3x12 50

push downs 3x15 100

standing crunches 3x15 100

feeling much better, its the first time this week that i really felt good, and had some energy and wanted to train. BTW 325 looks like i will be sucking down to 308
