Transverse lunges - 8
Suitcase holds - 60 sec
TRX inverted rows - 15
Lunges - 8
Full dead bug - 15
YTTAW - 6 each
1 leg RDL's - 10
Ab Wheel - 15

4 circuits total

four of these things destroyed me. This took forever as well. I slept like a puppy last night, barely maneuvered to brush my teeth. Had zero energy to eat so I drove through McDonalds and ate chicken tenders LOL.. been a while.
