Get In Shape To Train

Every once in a while "someone" will bug the crap out of me on at least 50 of my bazillion YouTube videos about some crazy subject. Somehow I found the need to reply to his many MANY comments on what I could possibly train the day after doing Deadlifts and OHP. I thought that the obvious answer was to Squat Twice Per day...but that just blew his mind!
