RSC - Phase 2 Day 11

Joined the wife at our commercial gym for this session. Went well, check it out:

Warmed up
A&C

DB Jumps - 3 x 10 reps
*I still feel goofy as shit doing this

1a. Squats
3 reps @ rpe 9, 2 x 3 rpe 8
1b. Chin Ups
BW x 4 x 8 reps

2a. Eccentric GHR
3 x 6 reps
2b. Straight Bar pulldowns
3 x 12 reps

3a. Delt prehab work
*shoulder horn 3 x 10
*DB Lateral raises 2 x 10

After the bench session and this one, I can sort of tell the sporadic inconsistent training the last three weeks is not helping but actually hurting me, my bench specifically. It was feeling great, and now it felt shot in a way. My squats were also slow, or at least for the weight used they felt slow.

This was a kick in the ass, back on the grind ASAP.
