Discovered a new exercise
Well, it's new to me. Close grip benching. Holy crap, it blew my arms up. Considering my usual bench grip is index on the ring I considered close grip pinkies on the rings.
Yesterday I used a close grip with index fingers on the smooth. I did this as a finisher exercise after my regular bench. Wow, I can't believe the stretch it gave in the bottom. I could barely get the bar to my chest. I only used 185 for 5 x 10. I had my legs up and used minimal rest between sets. I could barely finish the last set with that little of weight.
I wonder if I'll get to do some close grip benching when Josh does my programming.
