RSC - Phase 3 Day 9 - All 3

getting back into the morning grind. Today was not as early as normal but not typical for me within the last few months. This is the last day of a unload, could have gone heavier but I just wasn't feeling it, blaming the morning thing. I did feel strong though so pretty happy with progress. Saturday and forward should be fun, check out today:
