RSC - Phase 3 day 11 - Bench

Finally got in the gym yesterday and today. Was limited in time though so didn't really get too much work in, check it out:

DB Lateral raises
3 x 10 x 20lbs

If I can manage to get some training in my gear here in the upcoming month, I am going to try and make a meet on March 23rd in Springfield, MO. Have no clue what things will look like with how much travel I already have scheduled but I'm hopeful I'll manage.
