Power snatch from high block (just above knees) I did a lot of triples up to 75kgs.
Romanian deadlifts: 6x6
High bar squats: 120kgs 6 quick triples
Standing abs: 4 x 10
A buddy of mine from the gym send me this message today, it's pretty funny: "I just wasted ten minutes of my life listening to a 4 foot nothing, 300lb blob tell me that he "used "to be a bodybuilder and is now training at planet fitness. he was a bodybuilder one year ago but cant remember his diet plan. All he knows is he used to bench 450lbs.... He also said he went to Iron Sport once but everyone looked like a beginner and it wasnt a serious enought gym for him? wtf...meanwhile he cant bend over to tie his shoes.... I begged him to come to the gym and tell the guys that we are all beginners. He respectfully declined....yeah...no shit fatty."
