Had a quick hour to get some training in so rushed through this, check it out:

DB lateral raises
20 x 2 x 8

Had to jet after this. The bench has come a long ways for me, my technique and form is rock solid. Controlled decent with a mild pause at the bottom has created some good strength for me through the lift. One key feature to all this has been the shoulder work, my AC JOINT pain has been minimal.
