Training Thursday

Week two of my olympic lifting only training:

Power snatch: did three waves up to 90kgs

Push-press: worked up to 90kgs 5 sets of 2

Front squat: 100kg x 5 sets of 2

Neck work 5x15

My technique is already improving but I still have a lot of work to do.

My goal for right now is to get through these workouts feeling good, loose and athletic and not to be crawling out of the gym.

I wish I had something more interesting to say at this time but its been kind of quiet around these parts.
