Week 7 Day 2 - Deadlifts

Today was a very stressful day for me mentally. Nothing out of the ordinary, just the type of stuff that makes me go crazy every so often... One flaw I have is expecting things to go perfect each time, so hoping someone else does what's needed is a tough scenario to sit back on and hope its done right.

The mental stuff drains me more so than the physical nature of stress, so today, I literally forced myself to get in the gym. Nothing earth shattering but effective, check it out:

warmed up

2" deficit Deadlifts w/80lbs chain
bar x 10
245 x 2 x 5 reps
335 x 2 x 4 reps
425 x 3 x 3 reps

Suited From the floor deadlifts w/80lbs chain
515 x 1,2,3
