Week 5 Day 2 - Bench

awful. I finished squats and deads last night at 6pm, and then thought I could bare shirted benching this morning at 8am. Not so...

Warmed up

*nothing touched, the shirt just locks the hell up. I'm struggling here again.

Pause shirted bench
2 board x 475 x 2 reps
2 board x 475 x 1 reps
*At this point I just felt weak and spent already
2 board x 475 x 1 reps
*and this was the final straw, I wanted no part of training anymore. My back was tight, my adductors were achey. I wanted nothing to do with the gym after this. I hurried to take my shirt off and get the hell out.

Just too close together for two sessions like this.
