This is last time I will touch weights until the meet. I will strecth,foam roll,and maybe hit some band movenments for blood flow. Other then that I will be relaxing. My energy is already coming back after beating myself down throughout this cycle.

If anyone who reads this is going to the XPC/Arnold please introduce yourself. I am very excited to see old friends and meet new.
