Finally, got to train...

It's literally been a week since I have trained. The meet is now just less than 4 weeks out so I wanted to at least get in my suit and shirt today. Since I was gone this past week entirely, I had to beg to have a 2 hours to train. I was not able to fit deadlifting into those two hours so I will have to figure a way to get it in somehow...

Anyways, today was straight forward, check it out:

*I opted for the bash today, just having way too hard of a time with the ACE, needed to have been in the shirt way before I started. The bash worked great, very forgiving so it really makes it easier to work.

The squats today were good, my depth is way below where I need to be but I like it this way. Once at the meet, when the UP call is made I always feel very comfortable in that position.

I just ordered a new jack suit, the 50 ace is literally baggy on me, but has been awesome for training. I will start with the new jack suit next saturday.
