Sunday & Monday training plus Selfie Strength Tip Video

Sunday:

Power cleans: Even though I deadlifted pretty heavy on Friday I still felt pretty good today: worked up to singes with 278lbs

Front squats: worked up to 275 for quick sets of 3.

Monday:

1st rep- Power clean and push-press
2nd rep- power clean and split jerk
Worked up to 105kgs (230lbs)

snatch grip high-pulls from floor:

100kgs 5 sets of 3
