Week 4 Day 2 - Deadlifts

it's been almost two weeks since I last deadlifted. I had to do this while out of town, but luckily I found a sweet powerlifting spot so it worked out well.

I didn't have gear so I just went ahead and did what I could raw, my goal was to do 4 reps in the RPE9 range. Check it out:

Deadlifts

225 x 5
315 x 3
405 x 2
495 x 1
585 x 1
585 x 1
615 x 1
585 x 1

Glute Ham Raises
2 x 10 x BW
Incline Sit ups
2 x 10 x BW

Out the door.

This felt great. Form seemed to be where it needs to be, no stalls or points of decrease speed so I think one more grinder session then unload a few times and ready.
