Week 3 day 1 - Squats & Bench

Usually at this point, I'm running all three lifts twice a week. All three in one day, two days a week. Right now, I have neither the time or days to do this. So I am just getting one in each week for each movement. About the only difference I notice is how heavy things feel every week. Today was no exception, check it out:
