1052x1 I rushed my set up and my feet were too wide.

1107x0 I tipped back before I was able to squat. I had already been given the squat command. It is my mistake for being an idiot and not setting up properly.

1107x1 Got a sweet AB cramp when I went under the bar. I tried to fight it out while I was setting up but it was not going away!!! So I backed out from under the bar and tried rasiing my left arm to get it to go away. It went away enough for my to say fuck it and I set back up and got the squat!!!
