Streching and abs

This is the first time after ameet that I feel as good as I do. I have little to no muscle sorness. My lower back is a little tired but that is probably because of my belly being so huge. Anyway I have only been stretching and doing hanging abs since the meet. I will do this for a few more days then get back to training. I like rest. I work nights and flip my schedule every couple days. I know I am shortingmyself on sleep but it si worth it for my family life and training. The rest after the meet gives me time to clear my head and let my body relax. Not everyone likes that but it works for me.

Always listen to your body andknow when to rest. No one really cares if you hurt your self so make sure you recover properly. That way you can start the next cycle fresh.
