Week 3 day 2 - way late

Well, as much as i wanted to train twice last week, I got locked in with work and had to wait another week before I could get in again.

Unfortunately, I just did not respond to squats today the way I had hoped or would have liked, check it out:

825 x 0 *missed it. Terribly shaky and way out of groove, so it kicked my ass. I had to chance.

*this time it went much better, but it was a slow one. My opener this meet will probably be my lowest opener in 4 years. But, it's best at this point.
