I really haven't trained very much lately. I somehow contracted the death flu and have been really ill since last week. Yesterday morning was quite a scene with me bundled up in a blanket, shivering to death while I knelt down screaming vomit into the toilet. I scared my dogs so bad they wouldn't come near me for the rest of the day.
Tomorrow is the day I'm having that surgery on my foot but it's not too big of a deal. I'll be in and out but will have to use crutches for a couple weeks. But training will continue on Thursday as long as I can get someone to load some plates for me here. Be prepared for me to post lots of shitty bench workouts and curls.
