Surgery Stuff

My latest in a long line of medical procedures is in the books. I walked into the hospital at around 8:00am and walked out at about noon so it went quick. My wife is NOT enjoying her new role as sandwich fetcher and gopher . . . that was actually sarcasm, she fucking LOVES it. She just can’t get enough of me lying around helpless telling her how hungry I am and that my pee bottle is full. You can see by this photo that I was chillin like a pimp last night and in no way was drinking whiskey with my pain killers.

From what the doctor reported to me everything went just fine, and I should expect a quick recovery. But of course it’s never fast enough for me, hence me trying to train today through a nauseous haze of pain killers and sedation still in my system from yesterday. My girl Katie had to do follow me around and load up hammer strength machines for me and carry around the bucket that was going to use to puke in. But I held my chum like a man and got through this quick back workout.

Hammer low row: 5 sets- 10, 12, 14, 16, 18
Hammer high row: 5 sets- 10, 12, 14, 16, 18
Wide lat pulldowns: 5 sets- 10, 12, 12, 12, 12
Hammer seated shrugs: 5 sets of 20
