I did this just to stretch out. This was my first squat since the XPC. It felt good and it didn't take very long.

I am also staying on top of stretching and rolling. I tweaked my lower back a couple days after the meet. (Putting my socks on)!!!WTF!!! Anyway I have rolled it and hit hanging abs almost every day. I feel great like Tony the Tiger!
