Wednesday March 20th Deadlift Night
Stretched 10 or so mins, Back felt okay, not great. But at this point I can always find pain on my body. No big deal.
Deadlift off floor 135x8 135x5 255x5 345x3 455x3 565x1 655x3 All to this point was done in suit bottoms for some hip support. I find I have a hard time though doing reps in suit bottom. It hindered my set up and breathing. I took suit off and dropped down and did a down set. Bottom position this day did not feel as good as I expected it to. The suit was new and my hips where very tight. More mobility work should help some with that. 565X5
