Wednesday March 20th Deadlift Night

Stretched 10 or so mins, Back felt okay, not great. But at this point I can always find pain on my body. No big deal.

655x3 All to this point was done in suit bottoms for some hip support. I find I have a hard time though doing reps in suit bottom. It hindered my set up and breathing. I took suit off and dropped down and did a down set. Bottom position this day did not feel as good as I expected it to. The suit was new and my hips where very tight. More mobility work should help some with that.
