Today I hit a back workout with my new girl Zelyx. She normally only does olympic lifts but she wants to start to bodybuild a little too. She is a great traing partner, she was yelling at me the whole time, it was pretty funny. She's so loud.
Hammer low row: 5 sets, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18
Inverted rows: 3 sets, 14, 12, 12
close grip pulldowns: 4 sets of 15
Dumbbell pullovers with band tension: 4 sets
Hyper deads: 5 sets of 10
Front neck raise: 4 sets
Zelyx then had to do a whole snatch workout after that. The girl is an animal.
