Training 3-27-13 and a video

I still can't put much weight on the foot that I had fixed so I'm still doing my training on machines and such. But that doesn't mean I'm taking it easy because i'm NOT.

Inverted rows: 12 sets of 12 (arched back, strict) These really pump the hell out of of my back.

Wide grip, Parrallel grip pulldowns: 5x12 or so

Dumbbell pull-overs with added band tension: 5 sets of 8 heavy

Seated hammer shrugs: 6 sets, high reps, till failure

The swole was so glorious that I then took a shirtless selfie and sent it over to Petrosino. Lucky gal. A little while later a paper that looked exactly like a restraining order showed up at my house . . . ok, it in fact WAS a restraining order. There is no pleasing that girl.
