Life stuff and training.
I haven't really been able to keep the log up to date over the last couple of weeks because life has taken priority.
This past weekend, my wife's grandmother passed away at age 94. Her health had been in decline for a few weeks, taking a sharp turn for the worse a couple of weeks ago.
It was a tough loss for the entire family, but especially for my wife, who was especially close to her. Between this, and some ongoing family illness on my side, lifting weights just hasn't been a priority.
I did manage to get some training in however, including a bench and deadlift session (which I'm actually a little too fried to recall at the moment) and a decent ME squat that I'll try to post tomorrow. This past week was a wash due to the services and hosting some family from out of town.
Now that things are getting back to normal, It'll be a little easier to stay on track I've actually been pretty good as far as my diet, and I've managed to drop about 15 lbs since my vulger display of fatassery at this past meet.
