First night breaking in my forearms with the new fat bar. This bar is awesome! I stayed lighter to gauge how much it is going to wreck my forearms. And whats the rush anyway? I don't have any meets for a while, so I will build on this work in the coming weeks and gradually work up. I may alternate this work with some other DL movement and work them both up over the next 4-6 weeks.
