bench day, not raw, woooo!

Today is the first day of the training cycle. Anything over 501 at the next meet would make me happy but since im squatting raw this training cycle and pushing my bench a little more, im hoping for something closer to 525.

Pretty good day, everything felt worked but not over trained, which in my opinion, is the point of accessory work! Im looking forward to this training cycle, Ive planned out everything down to accessory.
