DEADlift day, rawww is warrr!
I decided on this training cycle to do it raw. I havent done a full training cycle raw, ever. I thought it would be a good time to do that since I dont technically have to compete this year to do the Arnold.
I am going to be going beltess as much of the cycle as I can as well as using a regular bar, not a deadlift bar. I think this is going to help the speed out of the hole even more.
Since my grip was an issue, I am holding each rep at the to for 2-3 seconds. Everyset, every rep!
I decided I was going to pull every other week on squat day until it gets closer to the meet where ill bump it to every week. I will be wearing gear and using a regular bar so I dont lose my technique in the lift.

That was it, felt good, its hard for me to train if I dont have a meet planned. Does that happen to any of you guys?
