Tri-Day Friday 4-5-13
Me and my girl Zelyx did a quick chest and triceps workout today to kick off the weekend. I just went to a wicked pump and took every set to total failure.
Narrow grip bench with band tension: worked up to 5 heavy sets of 3, dropped down and did an all out set of 18 reps.
Cable Flyes: 4 pump sets
Incline dumbbell flyes: 4 sets of 20
Rolling dumbbell extensions: 4 sets of 12
Triceps push-ups: 4 sets of 15 or so
Rope triceps extensions: 3 sets till cooked
Standing abs: 4 sets of 8
And a blood engorged pump was had by all. You're welcome.
Now that the week is over there is nothing left to do except relax in my chair, drink whiskey until I'm half blind and stupid and then text every chick in my phone and profess my undying love. What was that sound? Oh that was the sound of Jen Petrosino throwing her cell phone off a bridge.
