Deadlifts with EFS Pro Short Average Resistance Band

The short bands work great for pulling. Using the band calibration chart, I determined that I was getting about 150 lb of tension at the top( Chart found here:http://articles.elitefts.com/training-articles/efs-pro-short-band-strength/)
I am excited about my deadlift training right now. Band deadlifts and fat bar deadlifts are two things I have not trained much in the past. Alternating them should stimulate some strength gains.
