Sunday Training 3-7-13
My partner Zelyx wanted to do some work today so we did this. if I ever figure out how to post photos again I'll post some for youz all.
I decided it was time to test my foot out a little today:
High-Pull/hang clean: worked up to 110kgs with no problem
Leg extensions: 6 sets of 20
Front squats: worked up to 100kgs for 5x5 My foot held up great!
Leg press with extra band resistance: 2 sets of 25 reps
Glute Ham Raise: 4 sets with added band resistance
Reverse hyper: 3 sets of 12
Standing abs: 5 sets of 10
I didn't push the weights to the max but my foot felt really good. I felt comfortable and strong and it felt great to get back to some real exercises again. I'm looking forward to more more more!
The freaking gym is so busy that today (Monday) I didn't even get a chance to train and we've had so much interest in people wanting training so I'm trying to take care of everybody I have time for. I don't want this to be a habit though because I want to keep training dammit.
