Still trying to work on my raw base, while testing out the shoulder. I am happy with working up to a mid 4, but I felt the shoulder on every rep and it is annoying as hell. Also robs me of explosiveness.

I am sticking with my plan for now of stretching, and hi rep movements to rehab it. Hopefully it will improve over time.
