Meadows swinging rear delt: 5 drop sets till total failure
Rear delt machine: 4 sets till absolute destruction. When I could no longer do a full rep at the end of each set I did a partial movement just as in the swinging dumbbells and totally torched my shoulders.
Superset dumbbell side raise and band upright row: 4 sets
Light press behind neck: 4 sets of about 12-15
Barbell curls: 6 light sets of between 12-15
Dumbbell hammer curls: 5 drop sets till failure.
My shoulders were blown up so big it looked like two crossfitters sitting up there!
I swear it never fails, every time I'm at the computer at my front counter writing and posting these logs I must have a sign on my forehead that says "Please come up to me while I'm typing and tell me the boring details of your life as well as everything you ate that day." These logs don't just wite themselves. I barely have any time to write them as it is. I'm not like Petrosino who has time to edit videos of every workout as well as make those nifty selfie collages every day.
